 River of Life is a congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod . Our church and church body is blessed with many things:
- Knowing that we are saved by grace, through faith, not by works.
- Accepting the Bible as the inspired, inerrant Word of God.
- Trusting in Jesus as the only means for salvation.
- Receiving the gifts & works of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
- Confirming Jesus' words regarding the power of Communion for the forgiveness of our sins.
- Rejoicing that the promise of Baptism is "for us and our children".
- Responding to the fact that Jesus has "made us fishers of men" through sharing our faith.
- Enjoying the freedom to worship in Spirit and in truth.
- Serving with and to those who follow and serve Jesus in other orthodox Christian denominations.
- Working to see Jesus return as the Lion of Judah, in our lifetimes.
