Hello!
Welcome to River of Life Lutheran! Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. If I were to ask you “What’s your purpose?”, how would you respond? Why do you exist? Have you ever thought of that before? Why are you here? As you’re thinking about that and looking on our website, you’ll easily find why we as a church exist.
Our purpose, the reason why we are here, is three-fold. We exist to “Reach the Lost, Equip the Saints and Praise the Lord!” It is through our purpose that we have a process for ministry. Every Sunday morning at 10:45am, we gather together to praise our God for His love in all that He has done and continues to do. Praising God is only the beginning. At River of Life, we want to train, instruct and equip people to know more of who God is. This is accomplished through small groups. Small groups not only gather to grow spiritually but to strengthen others relationally. Finally, we desire to be a church that not only gathers people in, but to send them out. What God gives us in His Word is to precious to keep to ourselves. We accomplish this through different events and services throughout the year. So there you go: the three-fold purpose of our church, the reason why we exist.
